New Kibo Support Portals Coming Soon!

Kibo is excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new unified, cloud-based customer support system. The Support Center is temporarily unavailable as we update and rebrand content.

Starting September 12, Kibo’s new community-specific portals for clients, fulfillers, consumers and partners will be available to serve you. Those portal sites are designed to be your one-stop resource center for information and support for your Kibo solutions and tools, whether your entry to Kibo was originally via Fiverun, MarketLive or Shopatron.

In the new community portals, you’ll find self-service knowledge articles with quick, 24/7 answers to many common questions. Those answers may provide all the information you need. In cases where further assistance is needed, you’ll use our quick-submit form to create a support ticket. The form will prompt you to include details that will allow Kibo’s support teams to respond to and resolve your support request quickly and efficiently.

Kibo Clients, Fulfillers and Partners will soon receive email announcing the upcoming launch and will receive further messages with more details as we get closer to September 9. At launch, Kibo will send out messaging with links to the new portals.
