Managing your Account

Change payment information

Change your payment information within your Account.

  • Access your Account using the email address and password from your order
  • In the Account Settings tab, click on the Payment Information menu option
  • You can now choose to edit the existing credit card information, the billing address for the credit card, or enter a new credit card number
  • Once you have made your changes, click Save

Change addresses

Change your billing or shipping addresses for future purchases within your Account.

  • Access your Account using the email address and password from your order
  • In the Account Settings tab, click on the Shipping Addresses link from the sub-menu
  • You will be prompted with a screen where you can make changes to your addresses
  • Click Save when you have completed your updates

Change your name, email or password

Update your name, email address, or password within your account.

  • Access your Account using the email address and password from your order
  • From the Account Settings tab, select the Contact Information link from the sub-menu
  • You will be prompted with your account information to make your desired edits
  • Click Save when you have completed your edits

Manage your email preferences and notifications

Manage your email preferences and notifications within your account.

  • Access your Account using the email address and password from your order
  • From the Account Settings tab, click on the Newsletters link in the sub-menu
  • You will now see a list of Industries. To opt in/out of a particular Industry, place or delete a check mark in the appropriate box
  • Click Save at the bottom of the page.
You may also opt-in or opt-out of receiving information from particular Manufacturers by clicking on the name of the Industry under the Edit Manufacturer Preferences link. This will open up a list of individual Manufacturers for that Industry. If the box is checked, you will receive Newsletters from the Manufacturer. Make sure that you click on Save to store your preferences.

Viewing orders

While in your account, you will see your "Open Orders" as your home page. An open order refers to a recently placed order that is currently being processed. From the "My Orders" tab, you may click on "Shipped Orders" and "All Orders" links. Access "Shipped Orders" to see tracking information or start a return. You can also view "All Orders," to see your historical purchases.
Please note that any Preorders or Backorders will show up in the "Open Orders" section of your account.

View your digital downloads

Review your download files from within your Account.

  • Access your Account using the email address and password from your order
  • From the Account Settings tab, click on the Digital Content link
  • You will be able to review your digital content orders from this page
