<![CDATA[Shopatron]]> <![CDATA[Outbound Phone Calls]]> Effetive immediately, all outbound phone calls that you make will need to be tracked. Shopatron has created a new interface that allows us to make calls that are 100% traceable. Note that we will be improving this interface overtime to be integrated directly into Shopatron. For now, we need all of you to use the interface.

Making an outbound phone call

When making an outbound phone call, you will use the interface to execute the call. When you make your inputs to the interface, the phone system will first call your desk. When you answer the line, the call will be executed and you will be connected to the number you entered in the interface.

To make a call, follow the process below:

  1. Go to the interface at: http://volume.slo-off.sptron.com/
  2. Fill in the three fields with the applicable information
    1. Enter your extension as four digits (1+three digit extension)
    2. Enter the mfg id of the order that is requiring you to make the call
    3. Enter the number you need to make the call in 10-digit format (### - ### - ####)
    4. Click Place Call

If you want to bypass the interface, you can execute the outbound call tracking by dialing on your keypad. You must follow this number format when dialing from your phone keypad:

†  444 + six digit MFG ID + Ten digit number

 

When the MFG ID is less than 6 digits, you must use zeros to make the value a total of six digits. For example, making a call for Melissa and Doug would be in this format:
